Japanese Sweet Carrots

Ingredients:

carrots (you can use baby carrots or just cut up your own)

butter

sugar

salt

Instructions:

Cover the baby carrots with water in a saucepan.

Heat the water to boiling, and boil the carrots until just tender, approximately 10 minutes.

Drain the water from the carrots, then add the butter and sugar, while stirring gently.

Brown the mixture for approximately one minute. Add the salt to taste, and serve.
