Jennay’s Chicken Vegetable Bake

Prep work…took less than 5 minutes to put it all together!

Final result:

This is very simple to make-and it was absolutely delicious!!

Noah and the dogs approved!!

Chicken Vegetable Bake

Ingredients:

3 boneless, skinless chicken breast-frozen

1 pkg. of dressing mix-I used Stovetop cornbread stuffing mix

1 & 1/2 cups of water

bag of mixed veggies-mine included cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, and squash

velvetta cheese-in chunks (I also added some leftover mexican shredded cheese on top)

bacon bits

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix stuffing and water together and spread into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Place stuffing on top of the parchment paper and then add veggies on top.

Place frozen chicken breasts on top of the mixture and then add cheese chunks.

Sprinkle bacon bits on top of mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
