Jack Daniel’s Honey Smokehouse Barbecue Chicken
4-6 frozen skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 bottle of Jack Daniel’s Honey Smokehouse Barbecue Sauce (19 ounces)
1/3 cup water
1 can of Pepsi
salt and pepper-to taste
Place frozen chicken breasts into slow cooker.
Add the whole bottle of Jack Daniel’s Honey Smokehouse Barbecue Sauce on top of the chicken breasts.
Add water and can of Pepsi to the slow cooker.
Chop up onion and place in slow cooker.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on high for 2-4 hours.
*Served tonight with Suddenly Pasta Salad-Ceasar Style, green beans (not pictured), and a dinner roll.
