I love holidays!
I use them as an excuse to make goodies for my friends and family!
St. Patty’s Day Cake Balls
1 box of white cake mix
1 container of cream cheese frosting (I used Betty Crocker-whipped)
oil & eggs(use box directions to make cake)
vanilla almond bark
green food coloring
Make cake according to package directions on cake mix box.
Let cake cool for at least 30 minutes.
Crumble cake entirely.
Add green food coloring to the cream cheese frosting.
Mix cream cheese frosting into crumbled cake.
Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet.
Chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
Melt vanilla almond bark on stovetop until melted.
Dip chilled balls into melted almond bark and place back onto cookie sheet.
Decorate the top of the cake balls with sprinkles.
Place back into fridge to set.
