Coconut Macaroons

Cocout Macaroons!!

What you need:

1 & 1/3 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup sugar
 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp kosher salt
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

I usually make 3-4 batches of this at a time.

Combine coconut, sugar, flour, and salt into a medium bowl.  Stir in egg whites and vanilla, mixing well.  Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.  Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
