Jennay’s Party Dip

I’ve seen several variations of this recipe, but this seems to be my favorite by far!!

Jennay’s Party Dip

Recipe adapted from Kraft Foods

One of my favorite quick and easy recipes!

It’s a crowd favorite, too!!

Ingredients:

 1 pkg Velvetta cheese

1/2  lb lean hamburger (cooked and drained)

1/2 lb sausage (cooked and drained)

1 can  (10 oz.)  ROTEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained

1 can of salsa

1 can black beans

2 tsp garlic salt

2 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

Add velvetta cheese to crock pot-I usually cut it up in chunks.

Cook and drain hamburger and sausage.

Add hamburger,  sausage,  black beans, garlic salt, and onion powder to cheese mixture.

Once cheese starts to melt, then add in the salsa and stir.

Cook in crock pot on high for 30 minutes then decrease to low temperature setting, stirring occasionally.

You can let it simmer on low while the party is going on.

Serve warm with Fritos corn chips or Tortilla chips.
