I often see negativity towards weight loss on Pinterest.

But today I’m trying to prove a point that the negativity does not work it only makes things worse…so my lovely followers I have put together a round-up of POSITIVE inspirations and motivations that will help people without the negativity.

    • Thank you!! I have found way too many negative inspirations on Pinterest and I wanted to show off some positive ones! These are definitely gonna help motivate people to be healthier! They are working for me, that’s for sure! Thanks for the reblog!

      • Sometimes when we are feeling down, we look for the downer “downsperations” so that we can see things that will keep us down and feeling sorry for ourselves and wanting other people to feel sorry for us as well. While we are getting that attention, we still mope. What we need sometimes is for someone to give us a mental slap and show the kind of inspirations that you have.

      • So very true…I was getting into a rut with this myself over the last year and decided to let go of the negativity and work on myself for me! It’s working, and I only hope that it can inspire others as well! =)

    • Thanks so much! I was getting tired of all the negativity for weight loss and being healthier, so I decided to find the POSITIVE inspirations & motiviations and make them stand out for myself and everyone else!! =) Thanks for sharing on Twitter! =)

  1. The body achieves what the mind believes! I love this quote so much, thanks for sharing it. My favorite jeans are getting a tad snug in the seat as my late grandmother would have said, and I’ll be repeating this over and over as I try and wiggle into them one more time. Great quotes in this post, I could spend the day reading quotes and your blog is so good. I may never leave.

  2. Wow, I get tired and depressed just reading about all that exercise. In fair weather I’m an avid walker, choosing to hoof it everywhere, breakfast at McDonald’s, the grocery store, VA Medical clinic & Clip Shop Everything’s within 2 miles of my apartment. I feel as long as I’m able to walk comfortably, without pain, life is worth living. You probably realize I walk the Portland Zoo circuit a lot, sometimes 4-5 days a week. We’re in the throws of Winter rains and ice right now so my walking is put on hold until April or so. Walking makes a huge difference in the control of my type 2 diabetes so it’s really a necessary way of life. Thanks for this post and the information contained within it. – Bob
